I am the owner of Janny's Cleaning Service. My company was hired by One Stop Facilities Maintenance Corp.
in January 2026 to provide janitorial services for one of their clients. We completed all of the services requested, submitted our invoices, work order tickets, and all required documentation in accordance with their vendor procedures. Despite fulfilling every requirement, my company was never paid. For months, I repeatedly followed up regarding the outstanding balance of $1,875.
Instead of receiving payment, I was passed from one employee to another and repeatedly told that the matter was being reviewed or that payment would be processed. Throughout this process, I communicated with Edwin Cuevas, Eiram, and company owner Brett Finkelstein. My invoices were acknowledged and never disputed. One Stop's own Vendor Open Balance report showed that my company was owed $1,875.
The company even proposed a payment plan, but no payment was ever made. I also attempted in good faith to negotiate multiple payment arrangements, yet none were honored. The owner eventually stated by email, 'I will make sure you get paid,' but I still did not receive payment. As a small business owner, I paid for labor, cleaning supplies, equipment, and travel to complete this work.
My company fulfilled its obligations while spending months trying to collect payment for services that had already been completed. The most frustrating part of this experience was not only the lack of payment, but the repeated promises, delays, and false assurances that payment was coming.
Each time I followed up, I was led to believe the issue would finally be resolved, only to be disappointed again. I am sharing my experience so other vendors can make an informed decision before choosing to do business with One Stop Facilities Maintenance Corp.

Failure To Pay Their Contractors

I usually hesitate to post negative reviews online, but 1StopMaintenance and [PERSON_NAME] have certainly earned this one. I hope this helps bump up all of the other negative reviews on Google so that anyone who is more diligent than I was and searches them up before doing business with them will see how they treat their contractors.
Do not do business with these guys, you will not get paid! I was first contracted by [PERSON_NAME] ([PERSON_NAME][EMAIL_ADDRESS], [PHONE_NUMBER]) of 1StopMaintenance to perform a service call in December of 2025. After this service call, I was then contacted by [PERSON_NAME] ([EMAIL_ADDRESS], [PHONE_NUMBER]) to perform 3 more service calls between December and January. Even though they agreed to Net 30 payment terms, as of June 2026 they still owe me thousands of dollars.
Once I started to inquire with [PERSON_NAME] and [PERSON_NAME] about where the payments were, they went radio silent. I found the Accounts Payable email ([EMAIL_ADDRESS]) in a complaint online and added that to the list. Only then did I receive a response from [PERSON_NAME] who eventually looped in the CEO [PERSON_NAME] ([PERSON_NAME][EMAIL_ADDRESS]) into the email chain. After sending the invoices over 200 times, probably over 100 emails and receiving many promises of payment, they still have yet to pay what they owe.
They also looped in another employee, [PERSON_NAME] ([EMAIL_ADDRESS]), but between the 5 of them they still cannot make a timely payment. They still owe me around $3800. Some of the run arounds I received from Eiram are that they will make payment next week, they will start a payment plan, and [PERSON_NAME] even claimed they already paid two of the invoices (which is false). [PERSON_NAME] will say All we want is to pay any vendor, yet they have not paid what they owe.
Eiram even call from [PHONE_NUMBER] to let me know the reason they cant make payment is because of TD Bank and their issues. The businesses I performed work at were Warby [PERSON_NAME], CubeSmart, and Apothecarium Dispensaries.
If you are a company that does business with 1StopMaintenance, just know that they have screwed contractors like me out of thousands of dollars. I have plenty of proof (service tickets, pictures of work completed, email chains, etc.) that everything I have written here is true and will gladly send said proof to anyone who wishes to see it.

when i called the local store they informed me that 1 Stop was already paid for the work but 40 percent higher than my quote. wow

EXCELLENT SERVICE
- - One Stop helped quickly when my regular contractor was busy.
- - A technician arrived within an hour, surveyed, and provided a solution.
I was in a bind when my normal contractor that i was using was busy and could not help. I reached out to One Stop and I explained my situation with my need for repairs that I need to have done quickly.
They didnt hesitate.
They jumped right in got one of their technicians to the location rather quickly. In fact, I think it was less than an hour surveyed provided a solution and was able to turn the project around pretty quickly.
This is the type of service I need in my facilities nationwide, so I will be calling them more often given him more opportunities to perform as good as they did on the first few

Work for a company you expect to get paid. This company and the owner, Brett Frankenstein, give you all kinds of runaround, as stated in the previous complaint.
They start out at 30 days, then 45 days, then 60 days. I'm beyond that now and still won't pay.
I got a job for PotEmporium in Salisbury, Maryland, on Mount Herman Road.
And from my understanding, if you go after the company that signed your work ticket, this makes them liable because they signed off on your job. My paperwork is in progress.

I’m a vendor non payment
- - Contracted with One Stop Maintenance for repairs at Puma stores in Orlando.
- - Net30 terms from Oct 2024; no payment by Mar 5; planning liens.
I was contracted through One Stop Maintenance Company for two repairs at the Puma stores in Orlando: a drywall repair and castor wheel replacement on several display cases. I was told that they have a Net30, well that's back in October of 2024.
Here it is, March 5, and still no payment. One Stop is a horrible company to work for. I would not recommend any contractors to sub from them, they don't pay. So now, I'm consulting with an attorney.
I have all the documentation for the contracted work, so I will put a lien on both Puma locations. So, contractors beware!

Beware of 1 Stop Maintenance! As a vendor who completed multiple jobs for their CircleK client, I never received any payment despite fulfilling my end of the agreement.
After contacting CircleK directly, I learned they had already paid 1 Stop Maintenance/Brett F********** in full for my services.
Numerous vendors, including myself, have faced similar issues, resorting to liens and legal actions just to get paid. Avoid working with them unless you're prepared for non-payment and legal battles.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with settlement agreement. Customer paid the amount due.
We were contacted through One Stop Maintenance to do some work for a customer of theirs. Here we are, almost a year later, and we are still fighting to get paid from them.
We have been getting the run-around since May 2024.
Our company will never do business with this company again. Everyone, run and do not do business with this company unless you do not want to get paid.

There has been no contact from this company nor has payment been received.
We are a small business in Illinois and the same has happened to us. They sought us out to do work for them, we did the work, sent our invoice in, and still, to this date, have not been paid.
That was 15 months ago. We sent them to our collection agency, but they also have had zero luck in getting payment. The next step will be a small claims court. Run far from this business.
Do not agree to work for them unless you are okay with not getting paid for your work.
We have no idea how a company can collect money from a customer but not pay the company that actually performed the work. This is fraud!

Nonpayment and not professional

Several invoices over 30 days past due you continue to call over and over and when you do speak with someone they say they will get back with you and look into the situation. Its been six hours now totally improvisational.
All we want is to get our invoices paid. I do not recommend doing any more work for this company

We completed two projects for this company over 18 months ago and have never received payment, even with multiple follow-ups and responses. They attempted to send payment once, but, of course, their check bounced.
I suggest everyone start a small claims suit; otherwise, good luck on ever getting paid. They will continue to burn contractors.
