Horrible Service!
I really wish there was that very needed 0 star option because these people really deserve that. Lack of communication; they mistreat their vendors by not paying them.
I've been waiting about 1 year and nothing!
Definitely not a company you would want to do any service for. Not recommended, go elsewhere!

Work for a company you expect to get paid. This company and the owner, Brett Frankenstein, give you all kinds of runaround, as stated in the previous complaint.
They start out at 30 days, then 45 days, then 60 days. I'm beyond that now and still won't pay.
I got a job for PotEmporium in Salisbury, Maryland, on Mount Herman Road.
And from my understanding, if you go after the company that signed your work ticket, this makes them liable because they signed off on your job. My paperwork is in progress.

I’m a vendor non payment
I was contracted through One Stop Maintenance Company for two repairs at the Puma stores in Orlando: a drywall repair and castor wheel replacement on several display cases. I was told that they have a Net30, well that's back in October of 2024.
Here it is, March 5, and still no payment. One Stop is a horrible company to work for. I would not recommend any contractors to sub from them, they don't pay. So now, I'm consulting with an attorney.
I have all the documentation for the contracted work, so I will put a lien on both Puma locations. So, contractors beware!

Beware of 1 Stop Maintenance! As a vendor who completed multiple jobs for their CircleK client, I never received any payment despite fulfilling my end of the agreement.
After contacting CircleK directly, I learned they had already paid 1 Stop Maintenance/Brett F********** in full for my services.
Numerous vendors, including myself, have faced similar issues, resorting to liens and legal actions just to get paid. Avoid working with them unless you're prepared for non-payment and legal battles.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with settlement agreement. Customer paid the amount due.
We were contacted through One Stop Maintenance to do some work for a customer of theirs. Here we are, almost a year later, and we are still fighting to get paid from them.
We have been getting the run-around since May 2024.
Our company will never do business with this company again. Everyone, run and do not do business with this company unless you do not want to get paid.

There has been no contact from this company nor has payment been received.
We are a small business in Illinois and the same has happened to us. They sought us out to do work for them, we did the work, sent our invoice in, and still, to this date, have not been paid.
That was 15 months ago. We sent them to our collection agency, but they also have had zero luck in getting payment. The next step will be a small claims court. Run far from this business.
Do not agree to work for them unless you are okay with not getting paid for your work.
We have no idea how a company can collect money from a customer but not pay the company that actually performed the work. This is fraud!

Nonpayment and not professional
Several invoices over 30 days past due you continue to call over and over and when you do speak with someone they say they will get back with you and look into the situation. Its been six hours now totally improvisational.
All we want is to get our invoices paid. I do not recommend doing any more work for this company

Once job gets complete they don't pay. Reached out to this company multiple times and different people answer phone calls and they said they will check with accounting department. Never heard from them.
They only give run around for payment. Do not do any business with this company.

We completed two projects for this company over 18 months ago and have never received payment, even with multiple follow-ups and responses. They attempted to send payment once, but, of course, their check bounced.
I suggest everyone start a small claims suit; otherwise, good luck on ever getting paid. They will continue to burn contractors.

Can you do negative stars? Apparently same as everyone else, they contracted for work, work was done, now going on a year trying to get paid.
We were contracted to perform work in Ohio, now going on a year with still no payment! Refuse to pay their invoices, PAY YOUR BILLS!

The company quit responding to my emails since 2-19-24 so I guess you can say they are now ghosting me now. We just want our money and part ways with the company. We've been waiting for over a year to just be paid in full which include past due invoices from 2022!!
I'm still fighting to get thousands of dollars of money they owe us from over a year ago. They'll pay the first few invoices to gain trust and then will not pay again.
Their excuse is that their customer isn't paying them so they can't pay us. Their customer didn't call us to perform services,1stop hired us. Brett, the owner, even went as far a breaching their customer's confidentiality by telling me how much money, that specific company that we went to on a very regular basis, owed Brett. That's not my business to know and I'm sure their customer wouldn't appreciate it, whether true or not.
Weekly emails since early 2023 asking where the payments are with the same response of a check will be sent out...
and again the next week , over and over again for almost 12 months. We did get a payment at the end of 2023. The check date was 1.5 months before it was even dropped in the mail. AND then 1-2 days after depositing the check, it got stopped and we received an email asking us to redeposit it due to fraudulent activity.
#1 who would even attempt to redeposit a check, even if they still had it in their possession? #2 the employees at 1Stop must think they are dealing with idiots by asking us to commit fraud by trying to deposit a check more than once.
After speaking to my bank, they put us on a watch just in case 1 Stop sends another check, or a fake check with the same info as the previous check and tries to claim fraud on us. I even talked to their bank about what they are trying to get people to do. Their bank basically told me to stay away from them altogether.
A few weeks after this incident, we received another email asking us to try to redeposit it again!!
I let them know we'll take credit card payments too and since the beginning of January I get the response that they will pay with credit card. They tell me that just about each and every week but has that happened yet as of 2-5-24? NOPE. I also let them know if they want to play it safe, have their bank or credit card company just send us money direct from the bank but they either can't figure out how to do that or just keep making excuses so they don't pay us.
Brett already put one apology letter online to businesses who have used them and claims to be professional but he obviously isn't professional and needs more apology letters posted online.
In one review, the lady mentioned how he threatened her if she didn't take her review down.
They probably think I'll just say screw it and take our losses but no, I will not stop until we get what we are owed! Whatever you do, do not work for this company unless you want to lose your time, your materials and your money.
We've worked with other facility maintenance companies, all of which pay on time and are truly honest companies. A couple would agree to put a deposit on the larger jobs to cover at least the materials.
1stop claims that their low rating are due to competitors and previous employees putting on fake reviews.
Their 3-5 star reviews are probably reviews based on the contractors themselves not 1stop and his employees. A lot of customers don't understand or realize that the contractors are a third-party, not direct employees of 1stop.
Whatever you do, do not become a victim of malicious lies Brett and his employees will tell you just to end up working for free, to pay for Brett's vacations and his fiancé's diamond ring.
